Your payment information is processed securely by our payment partners. Tote & Threads does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Store Credit

Returns are accepted only for products received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect.

We do not offer cash or bank refunds for approved returns.

Eligible returns will receive Store Credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, in accordance with our Return & Store Credit Policy.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors, prints, and designs accurately.

However, due to differences in screen settings, photography, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, print placement, stitching, or fabric texture may occur. These are not considered defects.
